We don't fit the mold of the "average church." Thank God!
Even though Nettles Island is considered a "snowbird" community, Nettles Island Church is a year-round ministry that exists to meet the needs, both spiritual and otherwise, of the residents of Nettles Island. During the summer, we average between 40-50 in attendance; in the winter months upwards of 700 join us each week for two services on Sunday and a Wednesday morning Bible Study.
This website has been designed to communicate with the church family during the summer as they are dispersed all over the United States and Canada as well as during the winter season when most of our folks are with us in Florida. I will share each week with you by this means of communication. You can worship with us by viewing the Sunday bulletin and listening to the sermon each week. The sermon is available each Sunday afternoon for your listening pleasure, or you can use the "Sermoncast" podcast to download the sermon to your iPod. That way you can listen while you walk or exercise and keep up with our ongoing ministry while you are away.

We hope that keeping in touch with you allows us to keep in touch with the Heavenly Father on your behalf, as well.
